For Swiss Chard, Pac Choi, Napa Cabbage and other garden greens
Ingredients:
500 g Swiss Chard (alternatively Napa Cabbage, Pac Choi or other greens)
1 carrot
2tbsp canola oil
1-2tbsp corn starch
Sauce:
5tbsp soy sauce
2btsp oyster or teriyaki sauce
2tsp sugar
1tbsp sesame seeds
1-2 gloves garlic
optional: cilantro leaves, soy sauce
Directions:
Wash and cut carrot and Swiss Chard into small pieces
Stir fry vegetables in a wok or big frying pan with canola oil until tender
Prepare sauce: finely cut garlic into cubes or use garlic press; mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and garlic on a separate bowl
Add the sauce to the stir fry and mix in thoroughly
Thicken the sauce as needed with corn starch and add more soy sauce to taste if needed.
Serve with rice and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
