Broccoli fresh and different

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 head of broccoli
1 small onion
1 hand full of cranberries
1 hand full of nuts or pumpkin seeds
1 cup of sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions:
Wash and cut broccoli into small pieces.Â
Cut onion into very small cubes.
Mix in a bowl: broccoli, onion, cranberries, nuts (break or cut big ones into smaller pieces)
Mix in a smaller bowl: sour cream, salt, pepper, vinegarÂ
Add the sour cream mixture to the broccoli and mix well.
Great as a side dish, for a BBQ or as a healthy lunch. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
